We are a Melbourne-based property development company seeking a freelancer to build a small pilot automation system across Microsoft 365. This is not a full software platform. It is a 6–8 week pilot focused on practical workflows using Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Monday.com, and Otter. The goal is to reduce manual project reporting and improve visibility across active development projects. Pilot scope We want to implement 3 initial workflows: 1. Otter meeting transcript → AI summary → Teams/email 2. Outlook project email → AI summary + action/risk extraction 3.
