Microsoft 365 Automation + AI Integration Pilot

We are a Melbourne-based property development company seeking a freelancer to build a small pilot automation system across Microsoft 365. This is not a full software platform. It is a 6–8 week pilot focused on practical workflows using Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Monday.com, and Otter. The goal is to reduce manual project reporting and improve visibility across active development projects. Pilot scope We want to implement 3 initial workflows: 1. Otter meeting transcript → AI summary → Teams/email 2. Outlook project email → AI summary + action/risk extraction 3. Monday.com project data → weekly portfolio summary emailed to management Systems involved • Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive • Monday.com • Otter • AI model/API integration Required skills • Microsoft 365 automation • Power Automate • Microsoft Graph API • API integrations • AI / LLM integration experience • Python preferred • Monday.com integration experience is a bonus Important notes • We are not looking for a large agency or a full custom SaaS build • We want a practical freelancer who can build a simple working pilot first • Experience with secure Microsoft authentication and permissions is important • Property / project workflow experience is a bonus Deliverables • 3 working pilot automations • basic documentation / handover • simple architecture outline • recommendation for phase 2 Please include in your proposal • examples of similar Microsoft automation work • experience with Power Automate and Graph API • experience integrating AI into workflows • a brief explanation of how you would approach this pilot
