I’m looking to transform our campaign results with a focused Meta Ads Booster app that directly improves ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. The core of the build is smart Audience targeting: • Pull existing campaign data via the Facebook Marketing API / Instagram Graph API. • Surface high-value audience segments and lookalikes, then push those segments back into Ads Manager with one click. • Let me adjust targeting rules (age, interests, behaviors, geography) from an intuitive dashboard and instantly sync the changes. I’d like a clean web interface (React or similar is fine) backed by a lightweight server (Node, Python, or PHP—open to your preference) that handles authentication, data pulls, and audience uploads. Out of scope for this first phase are automated ad optimization or in-depth performance reporting, but please build in a clear service layer so those modules can be added later. Deliverables 1.
