I need a fully-functional mobile application that mirrors the core Meituan experience but centres on three pillars: reviews, bookings and offers. The heart of the product is a clean flow where users can browse services, see genuine ratings, lock in a slot, and instantly redeem a deal. Key focus areas • Reviews – only user reviews for services are required. Each service page must display star ratings, photo uploads, and text feedback, with fraud-protection measures such as one-review-per-booking. • Bookings – the app should allow real-time reservations to restaurants, accommodations and local experiences. Availability calendars, confirmation codes and push reminders are essential. • Offers – promo codes or limited-time discounts should be tied directly to the booking engine so users can apply them before checkout. Core expectations – Native or cross-platform build (Flutter, React Native, or similar) that runs smoothly on iOS and Android. – Modern UI inspired by Meituan but customised to our branding, in English. – Admin dashboard to manage listings, monitor reviews and create new promotions. – Secure user accounts with social login and basic wallet/credit-card payments. – Location services for nearby recommendations. – Clear, well-documented API endpoints so our in-house team can extend features later. - TOP PERFORMANCE Acceptance criteria 1. A user can sign up, search a restaurant, read service reviews, select an available time and complete the reservation in under three minutes. 2. After attending, the same user can submit one verified review containing text, photos and a star rating. 3. An admin can log into the dashboard, create a 20 % discount code and see it reflected in the mobile app within five minutes. 4. Build passes QA on both iOS and Android with no critical bugs.
