My WordPress-based site, marketplacestr.com, is nearly ready to launch but a few key pieces still need polishing. Subscription flow I offer a 7-day free tier and a $29/mo paid tier. When a provider chooses the free tier I need the listing to: • make sure that their posting gets listed when they select the free trial without them having to enter payment details. • turn gray the moment the seven days expire, and make sure that their listing turns back into a draft when their free trial ends • immediately show a clean prompt to upgrade to the paid plan. • make listing active again when the paid tier is activated. (Automatic renewal is not required right now, but the upgrade path must be seamless through the existing payment gateway.) Search improvements Searching by location should feel intuitive and fast. I need results to sort by proximity first and overall speed to improve so providers closest to the visitor appear at the top without lag. Location field tweaks Please remove every “Powered by Google” label that appears in location inputs, both on the main service-provider search and the “Post Your Ad” page, while preserving Google Maps functionality. At the same time, refine the underlying query so location accuracy is tighter. Navigation label When a user is logged in, the “My Listings” tab should read “Log Out” instead, reflecting its actual action. Deliverables 1. Functional 7-day free plan with automatic gray-out of expired ads plus upgrade prompt to $29/mo tier. 2. Proximity-based, faster location search implementation. 3. Removal of all “Powered by Google” text and improved geolocation accuracy across forms. 4. Updated navigation label from “My Listings” to “Log Out” for logged-in users. The site runs standard WordPress along with marketplace plugins, so familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, and typical subscription tools (WooCommerce, Stripe, or similar) will be helpful. Once these tasks are complete the marketplace will be production-ready, and I’ll test everything end-to-end before sign-off.
