I want to build a focused Marketing CRM that lets me monitor and analyse everything my medical representatives do during their field visits. The core requirement is reliable, real-time activity tracking: check-ins, calls, meeting notes, samples handed out, and any follow-up tasks must be captured quickly (web or mobile) and flow straight into clear performance dashboards. The system should handle typical CRM fundamentals—contact and account management, pipeline stages and basic campaign tagging—but the priority is an interface tailored to reps on the move and a manager’s console where I can filter by rep, territory or date and instantly export the data. If you can structure the code so we can later bolt on campaign management or email marketing modules, even better. I am happy with any modern stack (Laravel, Node, Django, or a SaaS-friendly low-code route) so long as the final product is secure, responsive and easy for a small in-house admin to maintain. Deliverable: • A working MVP hosted on my server, including database, responsive UI for reps, and manager dashboard with downloadable activity reports. Once the MVP is stable we can discuss a second milestone for deeper analytics or automation features.
