I'm looking for an Make.com specialist to build an automation that handles product imports from an XML file into Base.com via API. Fetching & Parsing XML Scheduled/recurring fetching of an XML file from a given URL (or FTP) Parsing product data (name, price, EAN, stock quantity, images, etc.) Pushing Data to Base.com via API Creating new products in Base.com if they don't exist yet Updating existing products (prices, stock levels) Mapping XML fields → Base.com fields Zeroing Out Products Missing from XML Comparing the current XML product list with products in a specific warehouse in Base.com Products not present in the XML should have their stock quantity set to 0 — only for the selected warehouse, without affecting other warehouses Technical Requirements Proven experience with Make.com (scenario building, HTTP/API modules, XML parsing) Solid knowledge of REST API (authorization, error handling, pagination) Familiarity with Base.com API is a strong plus The scenario must be error-resistant (error handling, failure notifications) Deliverables A fully working Make.com scenario deployed on my account Brief documentation / user guide (what the scenario does, how to adjust it) Testing on real data before handover 2 weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes
