You import the blueprints, configure authentication, test, activate and document. Most of the hard thinking is done. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Import 3 blueprint JSON files into Make.com 2. Configure authentication: Midtrans API, Google Sheets, Gmail 3. Connect each scenario to the correct Google Sheet tabs 4. Test each scenario end-to-end with real data 5. Activate scenarios on their schedules 6. Configure error notifications 7. Record a 10-minute walkthrough video (Loom or similar) 8. Provide 7 days of post-launch support for bugs/questions THE 3 SCENARIOS Scenario A — Midtrans Deposit Sync Pulls payment transactions from Midtrans API into Google Sheets every 6 hours. Scenario B — POS Bills Sync Pulls daily bills from our POS system (ESB) via API or scheduled CSV import. Runs overnight. Scenario C — Daily Cash Snapshot Email Sends a formatted HTML email to leadership every morning at 08:00 WITA with cash balances, deposits outstanding and exceptions.
