We are seeking an experienced copywriter specializing in luxury real estate to create compelling, persuasive content for a DA-approved, high-end Sydney property targeting high-net-worth individuals. Scope of Work: Review and elevate our existing Information Memorandum (IM) Draft all website content based on the IM, including: Hero section (headline/overlay) Executive summary with key stats Four distinct development pathways Location/lifestyle (“walk to schools, shops, transport”) Planning/judicial certainty (DA/LEC approval, architecture) Gallery framing copy Confidential contact/CTA section Footer/brand copy (Optional: property listings, marketing emails) Requirements: Demonstrable experience writing for luxury real estate (Sydney/NSW preferred, or major international markets) Able to deliver aspirational, engaging, and concise content tailored to high-net-worth buyers Proven ability to turn property features into lifestyle and emotional value Portfolio of IMs or property websites for prestige developments To Apply: Attach at least two samples of high-end property IM or website copy Briefly describe your experience with similar luxury or DA-approved projects Information memorandum is attached.
