The goal is to launch a best-in-class website for our five-star property, built on a modern, scalable stack (Laravel + Next.js or a comparable JAMstack approach). Visual polish matters, yet raw speed is the top design priority; every template must ship passing Core Web Vitals scores out of the gate. Alongside the usual high-end touches—elegant animations, premium typography, and a mobile-first layout—the site has to surface guest feedback from both TripAdvisor and Google Reviews. I value those sources equally, so the integration should pull live ratings from each and display them in a tastefully branded module. For reservations, I need guidance on whether a direct PMS connection or a custom booking engine will give guests the smoothest flow while keeping our internal ops simple. Whichever route we choose, the checkout must accept major cards via a secure payment gateway and record transactions in our own accounts. I’ll provide brand assets and server credentials. You’ll deliver: • Fully responsive UI/UX with refined micro-interactions • Lightning-fast pages (aim for sub-2 s Largest Contentful Paint) • Dual review feed from TripAdvisor and Google • Booking workflow (PMS or bespoke) + payment processing • Source code in our private Git repo and a clean deployment to our cloud environment All code and creative produced become ours outright upon completion.
