We are looking to hire a freelance 3D designer to bring our luxury-inspired café concept to life. The ideal designer has a strong eye for modern, elegant interiors and can create visualizations that reflect a high-end café atmosphere. The total unit size is 1,500 sq ft. We require 3D designs only (no execution drawings) for approximately 1,100–1,150 sq ft, covering the front area, café bar, and washrooms. Kitchen design is not required. Detailed drawings will be shared after selection. This is a one-time project focused purely on design visualization. Project Scope / Deliverables 1. 3D Layout & Dimensions – Detailed 3D layouts with accurate spatial planning 2. 360° Walkthrough Views – Photorealistic 360-degree visuals 3. Furniture Selection – Premium furniture styles, finishes, and materials 4. Lighting Design – Decorative and functional lighting with proper placement 5. Ceiling Design – False ceiling concepts coordinated with lighting 6.
