Project Title: Automate Logistics: Zoho Inventory/Projects, Porter API & SRC API Integration Project Overview: We are looking to automate our logistics and shipment tracking processes by integrating several key systems: Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow, Porter Logistics API, and SRC API (likely Shiprocket Cargo, based on platform mention ). The primary goal is to create a seamless workflow for scheduling pickups via Porter, handling shipping documents via SRC, synchronizing tracking data back into Zoho, and implementing an automated alert/escalation system for potential delivery issues. Detailed Scope & Requirements: We need a skilled developer to implement the following functionalities based on our attached Statement of Work: Trigger Logic: Develop a system (likely in Zoho Flow) that triggers the automation only when specific conditions in a Zoho Sales Order are met: Sales Order reference number does NOT contain "OC". Customer name is NOT "Recruiter". Distance between pickup and delivery pin codes is ≤ 120 km. The "Appointment Date" field is not empty. Porter API Integration (Pickup Scheduling): Automatically schedule a pickup via Porter Logistics API based on the trigger. Pickup must be scheduled for 9:30 AM on the specified "Appointment Date". Specify pickup category as "3-wheeler only". Ensure API requests adhere to the latest Porter API contract. Document Handling & SRC Integration: Calculate Box Quantity based on Sales Order units (1 Box = 300 units, rounded up). Push the merged PDF (contain Invoice, E-way Bill, PO Copy, Appointment Letter) to the SRC API. Data Synchronization (SRC to Zoho): Implement logic to pull the following data from SRC back into relevant Zoho modules (e.g., Sales Order or a custom module): LR Number AWB PDF (one per box calculated) Tracking Number Tracking Link Courier Partner Name Current Shipment Status Automated Alerts & Escalation (Zoho Projects): Configure alerts based on shipment status pulled from SRC: 1. 9:00 AM Alert: If Current Shipment Status is not "Reached At Destination" and Appointment Date is after 48 hours. 2. 6:00 PM Alert: Trigger if status is NOT 'Delivered' and/or 'POD Missing' 24 hours after the Appointment Date. Upon alert trigger, automatically create an Issue in Zoho Projects detailing the problem. Required Skills: Proven experience with Zoho Flow and Zoho Deluge scripting. Strong experience integrating third-party REST APIs (Porter, SRC). Experience with Zoho Inventory and Zoho Projects APIs. Experience with document manipulation/merging. Ability to implement robust error handling and logging. Understanding of logistics workflows is a plus. Deliverables: Fully functional and tested integration automating Porter pickup scheduling. Working document merge and push functionality to SRC. Reliable two-way data synchronization between SRC and Zoho. Automated alert system triggering issue creation in Zoho Projects.
