I need a lockable/unlockable Hinge designed for my part. You must be Mechanical Engineer with CAD experience and Expert in 3D Print Design with years of experience. The hinge I need designed must work properly after it is 3D printed with my part. I will provide information about what I need designed to those bidders that have the needed experience. Send me samples of your best 3D design work. I will send my design instructions to the successful bidders. I currently us the Elegoo Centauri Carbon2 3D printer. You will need to install the free Elegoo Centauri Carbon Slicer so you can check it in the slicer and also let me know the proper settings in the slicer so it prints perfectly. I would like the design completed in 3 days. You will send me daily picture updates as you make my design and reply to my questions quickly so I can give you my input if needed for any fixes or corrections. You’ll take my concept from idea to print-ready file, accounting for common FDM and resin constraints (overhangs, minimum wall thickness, clean parting lines, and easy support removal). Whether you work in SolidWorks, Blender the end result must import cleanly into Elegoo Centauri Carbon Slicer without repair. It will be printed in PLA and PETG without any problems. I will test print the my design when you have it ready and then you will fix any problems or mistakes it has. You will keep fixing it until it prints perfectly. You will quickly make adjustments to my design until it is exactly the way I need and want it. I will need to see the finished design as a 3D .jpg or .png image. I will need daily high quality picture update. You will need to test the design when done with the Elegoo Centauri Carbon Slicer to see if it has any problems with the 3D design. That way you can see what might need to be corrected before it is ready for a test print. I will need time to test print this when it is done. You will need to fix/adjust the design until it works perfectly. Deliverables • Native CAD/Blender file (3MF or stl) • Watertight 3mf or stl ready for 3D printing • Brief notes on print orientation, preferred material, and any post-processing tips All work must be made so I can print the design on the 3D printer without errors and get a perfect finished 3D printed design. If I am missing anything in my description to make my project print on the 3D printer perfectly you will let me know and include that in my project for the accepted bid price on my project. This bid is for everything to be completed and delivered to me. Everything must be 100% unique and original. No copying others work. I will own the full and exclusive copyrights to CAD/Blender files, stl, 3mf files, Source files, images, raw files, project files, and all work created for me. I will own all copyrights to all work created for me. I will release the full milestone when all the Blender files, 3mf files, Source files, images, raw files, project files, and all work created for me is completed, delivered, and accepted by me. I do not pay any milestones until all the Blender files, stl, 3mf files, Source files, images, raw files, project files, and all work created for me is completed, all files delivered, and accepted by me.
