Each stage should trigger the next task automatically. – Reports: real-time snapshots of loan status (new, sent, approved, disbursed) and total/average amounts disbursed, alongside associate KPIs (leads contacted, converted). Essential automations • Round-robin (or weighted) lead assignment as soon as a lead lands in the system. • Reminder sequences tied to the stage a lead is in—especially for document follow-ups. • Automatic KPI logging so I never have to run a manual tally of calls made or conversions. Expected deliverables 1. Configured modules for Personal Loans, Debt Consolidation, Overdraft, and Credit Cards. 2. Fully built dashboards (Admin, Associate, Combined) inside Zoho CRM/Analytics. 3. Workflow rules, blueprints, and any functions/scripts required for stage movement, alerts, and lead assignment. 4. Report templates I can export or schedule by email. 5. A brief hand-off guide or recorded walk-through so I can tweak small items in-house.
