What I need from you is full-cycle editorial leadership—shaping the voice, planning monthly themes, commissioning and polishing stories, and making sure each piece flows into the next so readers can’t put the magazine down. You’ll work closely with contributing writers and designers, tighten copy, verify facts, and maintain consistency in style, length, and tone.
