Lead Generation + Sales Development for Design Agency

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our UI/UX design agency, VarunDesignHub. Your role will be to find potential clients, start conversations, send proposals, follow up with leads, and help convert them into paying projects. This is a remote freelance role with long-term potential. Your Responsibilities: • Find potential clients who need UI/UX design services (websites, mobile apps, SaaS dashboards) • Search and identify projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Contra, LinkedIn, etc. • Send personalized proposals to potential clients • Do outreach through LinkedIn or email if required • Follow up with interested leads • Qualify the client and pass them to our Business Development Manager for final closing • Maintain a simple lead tracker (Google Sheet or CRM) Required Skills: • Experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development • Experience sending proposals on freelance platforms (Upwork / Freelancer etc.) • Good written English for client communication • Ability to send 15–20 targeted proposals daily • Organized and proactive approach Nice to Have: • Experience working with design agencies • Experience generating leads for web design, SaaS, or mobile apps • Knowledge of cold email or LinkedIn outreach Payment Options (Flexible): We are open to different payment structures: • Fixed monthly payment • Payment per qualified lead • Commission per converted project • Hybrid (Base + Commission) To Apply, Please Share: Your experience with lead generation or proposal sending How many proposals/leads you can generate daily Your expected monthly or hourly rate We are looking for someone who wants to work long-term and help grow our agency.
