I’m setting up a lead-generation campaign for a webinar and need the entire funnel built and automated. Here’s the flow I have in mind: • A mobile-friendly form captures each prospect’s name, email and phone number. • Every submission lands instantly in a Google Sheet for easy tracking and follow-up. • Once the form is completed, my pre-written WhatsApp message—containing a personalised Zoom link—is triggered and sent automatically. • If a payment step becomes necessary, I’d like the same workflow to hand the guest a UPI link and record the transaction status back in the sheet. I already have the exact WhatsApp copy; you just need to wire it in. Feel free to use the tools you’re most comfortable with—Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, Twilio’s WhatsApp API, Razorpay, etc.—as long as the final system is stable, GDPR-respectful and easy for me to tweak later.
