You will fix this so that all totals will calculate correctly in user shopping cart at check out. Also there is another issue in safari browser where the totally wrong prices are displayed at checkout, so these prices must be uniform across every browser. Also you will create a product modifier check box that will be called "Shipping" The selection choices (multiple allowed) will be Shipping Required, Local Pickup, Pickup Only, Digital Delivery. Then on checking out the proper options will be displayed based on their carts contents. Once the site is setup and working correctly you may automatically begin.
