I’m looking for a seasoned Laravel engineer who knows Filament inside-out and can move quickly within an existing code-base. For context, you’ll be joining a small team of devs who already have the project architecture in place; your focus will be the Filament-powered admin panel. During the paid trial week $50/day and then $60/day. I’ll ask you to: • Build a small, self-contained feature in Filament that plugs into our current admin area • Refactor an older module so it follows our latest patterns • Squash any bugs you uncover while working That short sprint lets both of us see how well we collaborate. If everything clicks, we’ll roll straight into a full-time engagement on the same weekly rate with room to grow. Key points you should be comfortable with: • Deep Laravel knowledge—queues, events, policies, tests, the works • Filament components, resource customization, and permission handling • Git-driven workflow with structured pull requests • Productivity tooling such as Cursor or similar AI pair-programming aids (we value speed, but we’re not integrating AI features into the product itself) Daily communication happens in Slack; tasks are managed in Linear. Code reviews are fast so you can keep momentum, and we push to production several times a week.
