I already have a fully-rigged 3D model in GLB format and I want to turn it into two separate Left 4 Dead 2 add-ons: one that replaces a common infected (zombie) and another that replaces a playable survivor. The model itself is in good shape, but it lacks a proper UV layout and texture map—right now there’s only a flat texture file. I need someone who can: • Unwrap or re-project the UVs and create clean texture maps that match the existing artwork • Retarget or confirm the rig for Source Engine skeletons (infected and survivor each need their own) • Compile the model, materials and animations into L4D2-ready .mdl files, package them into separate .vpk add-ons, and test them in-game • Provide any QC scripts, source files and brief step-by-step notes so I can tweak or update the mod later If you’re comfortable with Blender, Crowbar, StudioMDL, VTFEdit and the usual Source modding toolchain, this should be straightforward. I can supply the GLB and texture immediately; I’ll handle all gameplay balancing once the models import cleanly.
