I run my business on Kommo and need someone who already knows the platform inside and out to get it working at its full potential. The scope is broad: I want the account completely customised and configured, all of my current data migrated in cleanly, and Kommo integrated with the other tools I rely on every day. On the customisation side, the priority is building smart workflow automation that mirrors my sales process and setting up the custom fields and page layouts we actually use (no clutter). User-role fine-tuning isn’t critical right now, but guidance is welcome if it supports the new workflows. Alongside that, I’ll hand over CSV exports of my existing leads, contacts and deals so you can import everything without losing history. Finally, I need Kommo talking seamlessly to the marketing, messaging and finance tools I specify—think email, WhatsApp, payment gateways and any other API-friendly apps that will keep the data flowing.
