I already have UnrealIRCd up and running and KiwiIRC installed so visitors can reach the network through a browser. The client loads, but the connection settings still need fine-tuning and a little polishing so users join the network smoothly every time. Your main objective is to complete the server-side configuration inside kiwiirc.conf (and any related reverse-proxy or websocket tweaks) with a focus on the connection settings: correct host and port mapping, SSL/TLS verification, automatic network join, and a quick smoke-test to prove it all works. Once the network connects flawlessly we can, time permitting, look at light cosmetic changes—colours, logo, maybe a simple theme—though getting the connection rock-solid is my immediate priority.
