WordPress (Kadence) Developer Required – Structured Build, Foundation Complete Project Overview I am building a structured, conversion-focused WordPress website using Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks (free version). This is a structured intake and authority-based platform. I require an experienced WordPress/Kadence developer to execute layout implementation, structured templates, internal linking and a functional intake form system. Template Creation Create reusable templates for: • 8 manufacturer pages • 7 location pages Templates must include: • Structured hero section • Consistent layout • Internal linking blocks • CTA integration • Mobile optimisation 3. Advanced Form Build (Critical) Structured intake form including: • Contact details • Vehicle details • Insurance fields • Damage location selection • Multi-file upload (8–20 files, 15MB each) • Conditional logic • Declaration checkbox Form requirements: • Email notification to admin • Confirmation email to user • Secure file storage • reCAPTCHA • Mobile upload compatibility • Full validation testing 4. Internal Linking Implementation Structured internal linking between: • Brand pages • Location pages • Hub pages • CTAs Anchor usage must be natural and SEO-aware. 5. SEO & Final QA • Proper H1 and heading hierarchy • Meta titles implemented • Rank Math configured • Image alt text added • Mobile responsiveness tested • Cross-browser testing Proposed Milestone Structure Payment will be structured in milestones tied to deliverables: Milestone 1 – Core Page Layout Implementation (30%) Completion of homepage and core content pages. Milestone 2 – Template Build & Internal Linking (25%) Brand and location templates complete and internal linking implemented. Milestone 3 – Advanced Form Build (25%) Fully functional intake form including upload system and testing. Milestone 4 – Final QA, SEO & Optimisation (20%) Mobile optimisation, SEO setup and final review complete. Milestones will be funded progressively and released upon approval of deliverables.
