I’m expanding our in-house product team and need a junior-level developer whose strongest suit is backend development. You’ll collaborate with our current engineers on day-to-day feature work, bug fixing, and refactoring, while gradually taking ownership of selected micro-services and internal tools. Tech stack highlights and workflows will be shared once you’re on board; for now, what matters most is that you are comfortable writing clean, documented server-side code, pushing it through Git, and discussing trade-offs during code reviews. Expect a supportive environment that encourages questions, pair programming sessions, and continuous learning. When you apply, briefly outline the relevant experience you already have—personal projects, internships, or open-source contributions are all welcome. No lengthy proposals needed; a concise summary of what you’ve built, the problems you solved, and the tools you used will help us move quickly. We work in two-week sprints, communicate in English, and schedule stand-ups across a friendly time-zone overlap. If you’re eager to grow while shipping meaningful backend features, I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
