This project covers the complete Good-For-Construction drawing package for a new jewellery retail outlet. Using my rough sketches and concept notes as the only reference material, the entire set needs to be built from scratch in AutoCAD. Scope of work • Floor Plan – fully dimensioned, showing showcases, counters, cash desk, storage, service corridor and security zones. • Elevations – all 3 interior walls, illustrating display niches, lighting coves, mirror locations and signage bands. • Sections – at least two key cuts that clarify ceiling levels, showcase heights, electrical raceways and floor build-ups. CAD requirements • Native DWG files in metric units, with a clean layer structure and annotative text / dimensions. • Print-ready PDFs at 1:50 and 1:25 scales. • All blocks and hatch patterns set to ByLayer for easy editing. Acceptance criteria 1. Drawings align precisely with my sketches and written brief. 2. All dimensions, levels and materials are called out clearly enough for site teams to build without further clarification. 3. Up to two iterative revisions are included to fine-tune details once I review the first draft. I can supply reference sketches, photos of similar stores and a fixture schedule the moment we begin. Let me know your expected turnaround time and any questions you need answered before you kick off the drafting.
