We are designing an Italian restaurant. We have redesigned the kitchen and need a facelift conversion for the dining room. It is in a 1800's building in a gold camp mining town at around 9500 ft elevation just East of the Continental Divide in Cripple Creek, Colorado. There is a Casino in the building and two bars. On the second floor is a Mezzanie and a Restaurant. The restaurant has a huge (24'x24') hole in the floor opening up to the casino first floor below. The dining room has beautiful large floor to ceiling windows that will need to be have sun shades for different day parts. I have current pictures, a detailed layout, my ideas and a laminate wood floor sample that we have decided to use. We are currently installing a new copper ceiling. What I need is someone familiar with design to assist with alternate layout ideas, color combinations, window design, lighting design, server uniform colors, plateware, table set up and booth colors. We have the name, menu and a kitchen already developed. I need professional development of the dining room space and a look of an Italian Ristorante.
