We are building a privacy-first iOS app that helps two people privately check compatibility before moving forward. This is not a dating app—there are no profiles, discovery, or social feeds. The experience is minimal, calm, and trust-focused, designed to guide users through a few structured steps and provide clear yes/no results without oversharing. We’re looking for a React Native developer using Expo to develop the iOS mobile app frontend from scratch. You’ll work alongside a dedicated backend developer who handles APIs, authentication, data storage, dealbreaker logic, invitations, and notifications. Your responsibility is to build the app on the mobile side, including implementing all screens, navigation, local state and storage, API integration, in-app notifications, and any mobile-specific functionality. The goal is to deliver a polished, fully functional iOS app that matches the provided designs, works smoothly, and feels reliable for users. The app includes authentication flows, a structured questionnaire with 21 non-negotiable dealbreaker questions, editable and read-only views, single-use invitation links, and binary compatibility results (yes/no only). Other features include top and bottom navigation menus, clear instructional screens, screenshot-friendly shareable views, and light monetization prompts with Apple payment support. Everything should closely follow the provided Figma designs, colors, and style. The project is organized into five straightforward milestones with a total frontend budget of $1,000 USD, paid per milestone upon completion. Milestone 1 covers the landing and authentication screens. Milestone 2 is the High-Sensitivity intro screen and dealbreaker questionnaire UI. Milestone 3 covers the Low-Sensitivity intro and pill-style pages with storage and shareable views. Milestone 4 includes the invitation flow and binary compatibility result screens. Milestone 5 handles monetization UI, Apple payment screens, final polish, bug fixes, and preparation of the iOS build for review. This is an iOS-only role, and applicants must share at least one published iOS app built with React Native (Expo preferred). Clear communication, attention to detail, and steady progress are essential.
