My goal is to understand the internal process, decision makers involved, and any written or unwritten guidelines that shaped removal decisions during your tenure. You won’t need to share proprietary documents—just walk me through how requests were evaluated, what criteria carried the most weight, and how final calls were communicated across departments. I will not publish your name or direct quotes without explicit consent; the information is for background knowledge in my project.
