I’m building a parcel-delivery ecosystem made up of three tightly connected apps: one for customers, one for couriers, and a web-based admin/dispatcher panel. All three need to work together seamlessly so that a package booked on the customer side can be accepted, tracked in real time, and fully managed on the back end. The customer-facing app must run on both iOS and Android and include live GPS tracking, multiple payment options (card, wallet, etc.), and a clear order-history section for repeat bookings and receipts. Push notifications for status updates should be part of the same flow. The courier app, also on iOS and Android, should mirror core tracking logic, show available jobs, offer turn-by-turn navigation, and let drivers mark each leg completed with photo or signature proof. Finally, the web panel has to give dispatchers full oversight: live map of active jobs, the ability to assign or reassign parcels, view customer/courier profiles, and generate basic reports. Because the three pieces share data constantly, I expect a single codebase approach (Flutter, React Native, or similar) on mobile and a modern web stack for the dashboard, backed by one real-time database with REST/GraphQL APIs. Acceptance criteria • iOS & Android builds for customer and courier, plus responsive web panel, all installable/testable from TestFlight or APK links. • Real-time tracking accuracy within 15 m, updating at least every 10 s. • Successful payment processing in sandbox mode for at least two providers. • Order lifecycle visible end-to-end in admin dashboard. • Clean, well-documented code and short hand-over call at project close.
