### Project Description: I’m looking for an experienced architecture or interior design firm to design the interiors of my home. The concept is natural, warm, and timeless, using only brick and wood as the primary materials — no other modern finishes like marble, glass panels, laminates, or metal. The design should focus on texture, pattern, and light through the use of bricks and wood in creative, functional ways. I already have reference visuals, a DWG (AutoCAD) file and basic layout plans (attached images) that show the type of detailing and craftsmanship I’m aiming for. These are only for reference, not for duplication. Your role will be to analyze the mood, design language, and spatial intent from these references and create something original, contextually relevant, and practical for real construction. --- ### Scope of Work: Develop interior design concepts aligned with wood and exposed brick architecture. Provide 3D visualizations / renders that capture materiality, lighting, and ambience. Prepare technical drawings, including furniture layout, wall elevations, and ceiling concepts. Suggest suitable brick bonding styles, wood finishes, and lighting integration. Collaborate on space planning to optimize openness and warmth. --- ### Deliverables: Concept presentation (mood boards, sketches) Detailed 3D renders of all key spaces Working drawings (AutoCAD/Revit preferred) Material and finish specifications --- ### Style References: The attached images showcase the kind of aesthetic I’m inspired by — Sculpted brick walls and patterns Curved surfaces and natural openings Wooden beams, doors, and window frames Minimalist furniture with earthy tones --- ### Ideal Partner: Architecture or interior design firm with proven experience in natural material design Strong understanding of brick masonry and wood craftsmanship Portfolio that includes rustic / earthy / traditional-modern hybrid interiors Ability to translate mood into practical and buildable design --- ### How to Apply: Please share: A short proposal describing your design approach for this project Relevant portfolio samples featuring brick and wood interiors Estimated timeline and cost breakdown
