Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Architect to develop a complete interior layout and design concept for a 4‑floor commercial building that will be converted into a modern call center facility for a telecom operator in Kabul, Afghanistan. The project includes functional planning, workstation layout, space optimization, interior design concepts, and preparation of professional drawings suitable for construction and implementation. Building Structure The building consists of 4 floors, each approximately the same size. We will provide: • Existing floor plans (PDF/CAD) • A sample sketch for one of the call‑center floors • Reference images for design inspiration Scope of Work First Floor – Mixed‑Use Support Area Design required for the following spaces: • Restaurant / dining area • Staff canteen • Nursery / childcare room • Small clinic / first‑aid room • Male & female prayer rooms • Washrooms • Reception / waiting area (optional) Deliverables should include zoning, circulation planning, and interior concepts. Second, Third & Fourth Floors – Call Center Production Floors Each of these floors must include: • Minimum 120 workstations (efficient, ergonomic layout required) • Two washrooms (male & female) • Refreshment / break area • Two manager rooms • One conference / training room • Storage / utility spaces (optional but recommended) We expect the designer to optimize space usage while maintaining comfort, safety, and workflow efficiency. Deliverables Required We expect the selected freelancer to provide: A. Space Planning & Layout • Detailed 2D floor plans for all floors • Workstation layout with measurements • Placement of rooms, partitions, and circulation paths B. Interior Design Concepts • Mood boards and style direction • Color schemes, materials, and finishes • Furniture layout and recommendations C. 3D Visualization (Preferred but Optional) • 3D renders of key areas (call center floor, restaurant, manager rooms, etc.) D. Technical Drawings (If available) • Partition drawings • Ceiling plan • Lighting plan • Electrical/HVAC suggestions (not full engineering, just design guidance) Requirements for Freelancers We are looking for professionals with: • Proven experience in commercial interiors, office design, or call center layouts • Strong portfolio of similar projects • Ability to deliver accurate, practical, and implementable designs • Good communication and willingness to iterate based on feedback What We Will Provide • Existing building floor plan • Sample sketch for workstation layout • Reference images for design style • Clarifications and feedback throughout the project Timeline We expect the full design package within 10–20 days, depending on complexity and revisions.
