I have an existing static PDF that needs to become a fully interactive, fill-and-sign form. All standard text fields, check-boxes, and drop-downs must be added, plus at least one signature field (a second optional signature on the subscription agreement) that works smoothly on desktop and mobile versions of Adobe Acrobat/Reader and common browser viewers. Users should be able to save their progress locally, reopen the file later, and continue filling without losing anything—Reader-extended rights or another proven method is fine as long as you confirm it functions on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Deliverables: • Updated PDF with live form fields and signature capability • Reader-tested file demonstrating “Save & Continue” on both desktop and mobile • Quick walkthrough or screencast showing the form in action Everything starts from my current PDF; no design changes are needed, just accurate fillable boxes. Want to work within Adobe Acrobat Pro since that’s what I use currently.
