I need a fill-able, interactive PDF that our clients can complete so I can prepare their insurance quotes without the usual headaches. The document must flow effortlessly: tab order that jumps logically from one field to the next, auto-save as the client types, and expandable comment areas that grow when extra detail is entered. The form will present several sections - including Business Information, Current Insurance Details and Claims History — laid out in a simple, clean interface that feels inviting rather than bureaucratic. Core fields will include text inputs, drop-down menus for common choices and the occasional checkbox where a quick yes/no suffices. Behind the scenes, JavaScript (if needed) and proper Acrobat tagging should keep everything lightweight and compatible on both desktop PDF readers and browser viewers - although, that said, I'm not sure we will be able to save it on the internet (so clients will have to download and save it locally). Deliverables • A polished, brand-ready PDF form that meets the behaviour above • All editable source files (Adobe Acrobat / InDesign or equivalent) • Instructions for updating fields or branding later I’ll test the file by completing it on Acrobat Reader and in a browser; it needs to save my partially completed answers, expand comment boxes without breaking the layout and return a clean, structured data export. Once it passes, we’re done.
