I want customers to sit in front of their camera, pick any frame or lens from my catalogue, and instantly see a lifelike version of it mapped onto their face. This project covers three core pieces: 1. Facial simulation
 • Real-time, photoreal 3D reconstruction of the user’s head (WebGL, Three.js, Unity Web, or a comparable GPU-accelerated solution). • Accurate placement of frames and lenses that dynamically follow head movement. • Support for multiple face shapes, skin tones, and lighting conditions so the final render looks believable from every angle. 2. Product visualisation
 • A single source of truth for the full lens and frame inventory. SKUs, materials, colours and finishes must load on demand and be swappable without a page refresh. • High-res PBR textures and shader-based reflections for metal, acetate, tint and anti-glare coatings. • Quick‐zoom and 360-spin so users can inspect hinges, nose pads and engraving details before adding to cart. 3. Storefront integration
 • Seamless plug-in to my existing e-commerce stack (Shopify or a headless API) to pull pricing, variants and availability in real time. • “Add to basket” and “share snapshot” calls returned as JSON so marketing automations can pick them up. • Analytics hooks (GA4 / Mixpanel) around every interaction: face load, model switch, checkout click. Acceptance criteria • 95 ms max latency between head movement and rendered frame on a mid-range laptop. • Works in the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, plus progressive fallback to 2D on older browsers. • Full source code, build scripts and deployment guide delivered in a Git repo. • Demo environment hosted for user testing before final hand-off.
