I have mapped out a 12-page informational site that has to feel alive on every scroll, tap, or click. The build must be strictly HTML / Java on the front end (no heavy CMS), and every layout will break away from the usual grid so the pages look intentionally non-symmetrical while still adapting perfectly to mobile, tablet, and desktop. Animation is central to the experience. I need: • header banners that animate in gracefully, • scrolling animations that reveal or transform sections as the user moves down the page, • buttons that respond in a tactile, haptic-friendly way on supported devices, and • a mascot that can wave, blink, or react to user interaction. Rough copy, brand colours, and about half the imagery are ready; for the remaining text and visuals I’ll rely on you to propose and create content that matches the tone. The final hand-off should include clean, well-commented code, all assets optimised, and a simple how-to for deploying on a standard Linux shared host. If you’re comfortable blending non-traditional layouts with smooth, lightweight animations and you can help shape missing content without losing brand coherence, I’d like to hear how you’d tackle this build and how long you’d need to deliver.
