I already have a complete React-based design and a fully functioning backend, but the backend is still displaying the old UI. Your task is to swap in the new React styling everywhere the old look still appears, making sure the header stays exactly as it is. While you’re in the code, I also need a quick round of polish on the frontend: repair any broken links, straighten out layouts that drifted, and get every button responding properly again. Once things are stable, add a light touch of motion—simple fade and slide transitions where components mount or unmount and subtle hover effects on interactive elements. Keep the animations tasteful and consistent with the existing design language.
