I need a fresh Odoo instance installed and fully configured for a non-profit association operating in Romania. The build has to run with the official Romanian accounting localisation (l10n_ro) plus SAF-T (D406) and e-Factura SPV e-invoicing so that every legal report can be generated straight from the system. Modules to be enabled go well beyond the default pick-list. Alongside Contacts, Projects, Timesheets, Documents, Expenses, Bank, Contracts, Approvals, Sign, Purchase, Website, Email Marketing and Events, I want Inventory and HR activated, but the real focus is on three areas that must work flawlessly from day one: • Accounting – full chart of accounts in Romanian, local taxes, SAF-T, e-Factura, automated bank import and reconciliation • CRM – opportunity pipeline tied directly to both Memberships and Donations • Donations – online and offline flows, recurring pledges, SEPA/Stripe friendly if possible I have partial data in spreadsheets and another legacy tool; only selected records (mainly contacts, open invoices, and donation history) need to be cleansed and migrated. Please include that selective import in your plan so we start with clean, usable data. Deliverables I will sign off on: 1. Odoo installed on my VPS (Ubuntu 22.04) or a Docker stack you provide, secured with SSL. 2. All listed modules activated and configured, with Romanian language and fiscal localisation fully functional. 3. Migration of the agreed datasets and proof that balances and donation totals reconcile. 4. Short hand-over document (or Loom walkthrough) showing the key workflows for Accounting, CRM and Donations.
