Need a solution to handle our Meta inbox. Currently, sending messages to all contacts manually is slow and disrupted by auto-refresh issues. The goal is to cut response time while keeping the tone on-brand and human-sounding. Scope of work – Build or configure an automation that listens to incoming Instagram Direct Messages through the Meta API – Fall back gracefully (e.g., tag or forward) when a question falls outside the FAQ list so a human agent can pick it up – Provide a simple interface—CSV, Google Sheet, or lightweight web panel—where I can edit the FAQ pairs myself without touching code – Ensure compliance with Meta’s messaging limits and policies If you have prior experience with Meta API, Instagram messaging, or similar chatbot builds, let me know—links to live demos are appreciated.
