We're looking for a freelancer/dev team to build a web-based application/PWA of Instagram DM automation tool like Manychat/LinkDM/Linkplease with link tracking and analytics features. Objectives - • Automatically respond to comments & DMs • Deliver links/products instantly (with multiple product cards) • Track conversions from conversations • Optimize what they sell using analytics Requirements - Automation Features- • Auto-reply on DMs based on keywords • Welcome messages for new followers/customers • Scheduled messages with time/date triggers • Campaign builder (create, edit, delete flows) • Analytics: Sent, Delivered, Open rate, Conversion tracking (click-through-rate) Dashboard (Web) • Campaign creation & management • Analytics charts per campaign • Manual DM override (send directly) • Settings: account, billing, API status • Deep-link generator- A separate tab in the dashboard to generate deep-links of product links from popular sites like flipkart, amazon, myntra etc. Additional requirements- • Instagram Graph API integration • Keyword rule engine • Rate limit handling Preferred Tech Stack - Although we're open to other options, but here's the tech stack we would prefer to use- • Frontend (Web): React + Next.js • Mobile: React Native / Flutter • Backend: Node.js + NestJS • Database: PostgreSQL (AWS RDS) • Cache: Redis (AWS ElastiCache) • Storage: AWS S3 • Hosting: AWS ECS/EC2 with auto-scaling • Payments: Razorpay / Stripe • Monitoring: Datadog / NewRelic Deliverables • Web Dashboard (React + Next.js) • Meta API secure integration • Subscription Billing • Analytics & Reporting • Admin Panel Please Note: A detailed PRD will be shared with shortlisted bidders with complete details of the project
