The Architectural Challenge: The building features a high ceiling (ranging from 4.18m to 4.60m). We need an innovative, modern, and visually striking design that maximizes every cubic centimeter using Tiny House principles. Specific Requirements: - Ground Floor (Senior-friendly): This level must be a fully functional, self-contained living space for an elderly person. It requires an accessible layout and a 90cm single bed (daybed or integrated solution). Upper Level (Guests/Family): You have total freedom to design the mezzanine or second floor. It must accommodate one 150cm double bed AND one 90cm single bed. (Total sleeping capacity for the house: 3 to 4 people). Verticality: With heights up to 4.60m, we are looking for creative mezzanine structures and smart vertical circulation (storage-integrated stairs) that minimize the footprint.
