Project Description Overview: We require a skilled 3D Modeler to recreate an industrial mobile surveillance trailer (refer to attached image) based on provided sensor CAD models and reference imagery. The goal is to produce two distinct sets of outputs: one for high-end marketing visualization and one for physical 1/10 scale 3D printing. Scope of Work: 3D Modeling: Recreate the trailer chassis, mast, solar array, and housing. We will provide .STEP files for the sensors (Cameras, Starlink, Weather Station). Marketing Assets (.GLB): * Create a high-fidelity, textured model. - Animation required: Solar panels opening/closing and cameras panning/tilting. - The file must be optimized for PowerPoint embedding and web-based rendering. 3D Print Optimization (.STEP): - Create a simplified version of the trailer. - Mechanical Functionality: Solar panels must have functional hinges/joints for manual opening/closing. - Printability: Remove fine details (latches, small bolts) and ensure components are "solid" (not hollow shells) to simplify slicing. - Assembly: Deliver the model in logical segments/parts for easy printing and assembly. Deliverables: - Animated .GLB (High-poly/textured for marketing) - Segmented .STEP (Simplified/solid for 1/10 scale 3D printing) Requirements: Proven experience in Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D (for GLB/Animation). Experience in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or OnShape (for the STEP/3D Print optimization). Please provide examples of previous work that includes both mechanical design and animation.
