I’m preparing an industrial-themed grab n go cafe style and need a complete set of shop-fitting drawings and visuals that I can hand straight to my certifier and builder. The scope covers the public face of the venue but pays particular attention to the kitchen and back-of-house service area, where workflow and compliance are critical. What I need from you • Dimensioned floor plan that resolves seating, circulation, kitchen and service layouts • Reflected ceiling plan with all lighting, extraction and sprinkler positions coordinated • Building sections showing key heights, services runs and material junctions • Shopfront elevation ready for council submission, including door and glazing details • Signage detail drawing with fixing methods and illumination notes • Two or more 3D perspectives that capture the raw-steel, exposed-duct industrial vibe so the client team can visualise the space • Consolidated material and finishes schedule (paint codes, tiles, metals, lighting fixtures, furniture references) CAD in DWG or RVT plus PDF issue sheets will be fine; renders can be SketchUp/Enscape, 3ds Max/V-Ray or similar—as long as they clearly communicate texture and lighting. Please allow for one full round of mark-ups after I receive the first draft so we can lock everything in before submission.
