I already decided on Apple’s Enterprise Program—Ad Hoc or Business Manager were considered, but Enterprise best fits our growth plans—yet I need an expert to get everything configured and documented. Here’s what I expect from the collaboration: • Verify or complete our Apple Enterprise enrollment, then generate the necessary certificates, provisioning profiles, and signing identities in Xcode. • Produce a signed, install-ready IPA and host it on a secure, HTTPS-served link (or guide me toward an alternative internal portal if you have a better workflow). • Implement the access-control layer so that only the users I list can download and install the app; I’m open to your recommendations on whether to gate the link, wrap the build with an authentication layer, or integrate a lightweight MDM. • Provide concise, step-by-step documentation covering certificate renewal, profile updates, and future version pushes. • Finish with a brief hand-off call or screen share to walk my dev team through the release pipeline and Apple compliance checks. Acceptance criteria: the app must install cleanly on a minimum of five fresh devices outside our current UDID pool, remain invisible to public App Store search, and be blockable instantly if we revoke access. If you’ve set up in-house distribution before and are comfortable with Apple’s Enterprise guidelines, I’d love to start right away and have this wrapped up quickly.
