The flow is straightforward but each step has to feel polished and reliable: • Image capture or upload, followed by on-device or server-side auto-correction and background removal. • Instant, static mock-ups that place the treated image onto the chosen garment so the user can swipe through front, back, and colour options. • A simple approval-then-checkout step that triggers calls to third-party manufacturing and fulfilment APIs. All orders must move from our app to the clothing supplier and back again for tracking, status updates, and push notifications. The API documentation is ready; you only need to wire it up, handle auth, and surface errors gracefully. Deliverables 1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps (source code and store-ready builds). 2. Image-processing pipeline implementing auto-correction and background removal. 3. Static mock-up generator for each garment style and colour. 4. Secure payment and order flow tied into the manufacturer’s REST endpoints. 5. Documentation plus a brief hand-off call so my team can maintain and extend the codebase. Acceptance will be based on: end-to-end order placement that appears in the supplier dashboard within 30 seconds, correct preview rendering for all available garment variants, and an on-device image enhancement time under five seconds on a mid-range phone.
