I’m looking for an expert with Hubstaff and ClickUp who can help me review and improve our existing setup. We already have the Hubstaff–ClickUp integration connected, but I need help with: Understanding exactly how the integration works in practice (tasks, time entries, statuses). Diagnosing and fixing time-tracking discrepancies and potential misuse or manipulation by team members. Setting up best-practice workflows for tasks, sprints and time tracking in ClickUp. Configuring alerts/controls when estimated time on a task is exceeded. Reviewing current settings and recommending improvements so reporting is accurate and easy to use. Scope will include a working session on a call/screenshare plus some follow-up configuration and documentation. Requirements: Strong, practical experience with Hubstaff + ClickUp integration on real teams. Ability to explain clearly what’s happening and propose simple, reliable workflows. Comfortable working via video call and screenshare. Good communication in English.
