Our team is already working inside HubSpot every day, but the way our instance grew over time now limits us. I’m looking for a specialist who can step in, analyse how we sell and market, then translate that into a clean, automated and fully documented HubSpot setup. What I need tackled: • CRM customisation – new deal stages, custom objects or properties, tailored dashboards and reports that mirror our internal approval flow. • Marketing automation – smart lists, nurture workflows, behavioural triggers and lead/account scoring models that let us run more targeted campaigns and clearly see funnel health. • Sales-tool integration – connecting prospecting or quoting apps, contract generation inside HubSpot, and ensuring activities sync properly for true end-to-end visibility. • Campaign and funnel management – reusable templates, attribution tracking and lifecycle updates so we can measure effectiveness without manual work. There is no migration work: everything already lives in HubSpot; we simply need the processes mapped, built and documented. I’ll provide full access, current playbooks and success metrics. Your deliverable is a ready-to-use configuration, tested with sample data, complete with short Loom walk-throughs or written SOPs so my team can maintain it.
