I’m ready to move my business onto HubSpot and want an experienced partner who can configure the platform properly from day one. The work spans three core areas—contact management, the full sales pipeline, and reporting / analytics—so I’m looking for someone comfortable tailoring each of those modules rather than relying on out-of-the-box defaults. Alongside the configuration, I will need help with a full data migration. All current contacts, deals, and several custom properties have to be imported, mapped, and verified so that nothing is lost in the transition. I can export the raw files (CSV) and provide field definitions; you’ll handle the clean-up, deduplication, and HubSpot import process. Key deliverables: • Configure contact management, deal stages, and custom property structure to match our existing workflow. • Build a clear sales pipeline with stage-specific automation where appropriate. • Set up dashboards and custom reports that surface actionable metrics for leadership. • Import and validate contacts, deals, and custom properties, confirming data integrity after the move.
