I am rolling out a brand-new HubSpot CRM instance for a B2B operation and want to start on the right foot. My immediate priorities are clear: • Data migration – import existing contacts, companies, deals and custom fields from spreadsheets (or a staging database if you prefer) without losing ownership, lifecycle stage or historical notes. • Workflow automation – design and build deal and lead-nurture workflows that match our sales process, including task queues, email sequences and internal notifications. • Report generation – configure dashboards that give sales leadership instant visibility into pipeline health, win rates and activity metrics. You will be granted Super Admin access to the fresh portal, along with sample data and a documented sales process. I expect clean, scalable configurations that follow HubSpot best practices, with naming conventions and folder structures that keep things tidy for future users. Acceptance criteria 1. All legacy data appears in HubSpot with 100 % field fidelity and no duplicate records. 2. At least three end-to-end automated workflows are live, tested and recording history. 3. Executive dashboard contains the agreed KPI widgets and filters, and exports cleanly to PDF. 4. A brief hand-over video (or screenshare session) walks me through what you built and how to modify it. If you are fluent in HubSpot’s Data Import, Workflows, and Reporting tools and have done B2B implementations before, I’d love to hear how quickly you can get this portal production-ready.
