Overview: We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to build a high-fidelity, responsive HR CRM Dashboard. We have a complete Figma design ready, and we need a developer to translate this pixel-perfectly into a fully functional, production-ready frontend application. The Goal: The primary goal is to build a clean, modern, and interactive dashboard for managing candidate recruitment. The design aesthetic is "Enterprise Modern"—clean white backgrounds with vibrant accent colors (Blue, Red, Green) as defined in the provided design files. Key Features to Develop: Candidate Dashboard: A main table view displaying candidate data (Name, Position, Company, CTC, etc.) with pagination and hover effects. Advanced Filtering Sidebar: A functional left sidebar with multi-select dropdowns, range inputs (for Experience/CTC), and checkboxes. "Add Candidate" Form: A comprehensive input form (full-page or modal) to capture candidate details, including resume uploads and specific skill tagging. Candidate Profile View: A detailed profile page with tabbed navigation (Overview, Timeline, Resume, Attachments). Interactive Timeline: A vertical activity feed to track interview rounds and feedback. Document Management: A section to upload and view attachments (Offer letters, Slips, etc.). Responsive Design: The interface must work seamlessly on desktop and tablet screens. Technical Requirements: Framework: React.js (preferred) or Vue.js. Styling: Tailwind CSS (Must match the Figma design tokens exactly). Icons: Lucide React or similar (as per design). Code Quality: Clean, modular, and reusable component structure. Deliverables: Source code uploaded to a Git repository, fully functional UI with mock data integration. Design Assets Provided: Complete Figma Design File: Contains all pages, components, color codes, typography, and spacing grids. Logo assets and icons. Ideal Candidate: Strong proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS. Expertise in Figma-to-Code conversion. You must be able to inspect the Figma file and replicate the margins, padding, and font sizes exactly. Experience building data-heavy dashboards or CRM interfaces. Ability to implement smooth micro-interactions (hover states, transitions).
