I run an established hospitality business and need a web-based hotel management solution that mirrors the core workflow and user experience of Cloudbeds. Within a realistic first phase, I want a functional prototype that we can deploy, test with live data, and iterate on. Scope of this initial build • Dashboard and reservation calendar similar to Cloudbeds, including drag-and-drop room assignment. • Role-based access for Administrator, Staff, and Guests, each with tailored menus and permissions. • Integrated channel manager to sync rates and availability with major OTAs. • Payment-gateway hookups (Stripe and PayPal to start) for deposits, add-ons, and automated invoicing. • Bridge to an existing property-management system so today’s data can flow straight in and back out. Tech notes & deliverables • Clean, well-commented source (Laravel, Node, or another modern framework—open to your recommendation). • Responsive UI—desktop first, tablet/mobile friendly. • API documentation for each external integration endpoint. • One-click installation guide plus a short video walkthrough. • After hand-over, a fortnight of bug-fix support. If you have prior experience building SaaS-style PMS platforms or have worked directly with Cloudbeds, please highlight that in your message along with an estimated timeline for this prototype.
