Core modules must include: • Online booking and reservation flow that syncs instantly with room inventory • Room inventory management with bulk updates and automatic overbooking safeguards • Guest profile vault that stores preferences and visit history for personalized service • Integrated billing and invoicing tied to folios, taxes, and multiple payment gateways • Smooth check-in / check-out workflow, including digital registration cards • Reporting & analytics, exportable to CSV/PDF, covering ADR, RevPAR, and custom KPIs I’d like the UX kept clean and intuitive so new hires can learn it in a day. The tech stack is your call as long as it’s cloud-ready, secure, and scales for multiple properties later on. RESTful APIs for potential mobile or kiosk extensions are a plus.
